WHAT CAN I EXPECT TO MAKE MONTHLY?
It depends. I know, not the answer you want to hear but its true. The size of your home as well as its proximity to beaches, restaurants, and attractions all greatly impact your earning potential. The availability of your home on vacation rental sites also plays a huge factor into your earning potential. Some clients are passively earning $1000 a month while others well over $4,000. As a reference guide, a standard 2/2 home not near any popular destinations at 75% occupancy would earn around $2,000.
DO I NEED TO MANAGE ANYTHING?
Nope. Zero. Nada. There is a reason our motto is rent, relax, repeat! Once you list with us, our team handles EVERYTHING from A-Z. You don't have to talk to the guest, worry abut the hassle of scheduling your bookings, communicating with cleaners, etc. All you need to do is tell us where you want us to send your money every month.
CAN I GO BACK TO MY PROPERTY WHENEVER I WANT?
Yes and no. For dates and time periods you know you will be in Florida for, we can block off those dates no problem and earn you money the rest of the time you're away. If you randomly want to come down in a couple of days, chances are your property is booked and you would not be able to stay. While we pride ourselves on being one of the most flexible vacations rental companies in Florida, we also have a goal of bringing our clients the most amount of money we can. Many clients that are sporadic travelers reach out to us when they get the itch and simply ask if there are any dates available for the month and schedule their trip around those dates.
